In the mail last November 10, 2014 came an elegant elephant crystal trophy addressed to Southern California Material Handling (SCMH). The inscription reads “For Exceeding Quality and Performance Standards”.
Kalmar, a world leader in counterbalance equipment, awarded SCMH the coveted recognition as one of the eight top dealers who exceeded sales targets.
Noteworthy is SCMH’s major account manager Dan Lundy who was bestowed the top recognition for exceeding the $1,000,000 sales mark. Dan has been a consistent top performer at SCMH for 20 years. “It is an honor to be recognized for something you enjoy doing every day and all these would have not been possible without a superior product and the support of SCMH.” Dan is also responsible for the multi-million dollar equipment contract with the largest municipal water and power utility in the nation—LA Department of Water and Power.
SCMH veteran Gary Ortiz who strongly contributed to SCMH’s top ranking, was also awarded Outstanding Kalmar Salesman.
