Considering Electrification?

More and more automotive companies are embracing electrification. Volvo is the latest to announce on July 5, 2017 that it will purely focus on manufacturing electrified cars beginning 2019.
As consumer demand for more efficient and environment-friendly vehicles increases, so does the shift towards industrial electric-powered vehicles.
“Three years since SCMH launched informational campaigns on IC to AC lift truck conversion, we’ve seen a consistently ascending trend in electric lift truck purchases in the industry. This tells us that business owners are becoming more receptive of the benefits of running zero-emissions equipment in their workplace, as well as starting to realize the lower cost of ownership investing in electric forklifts.” Tony Edgar, SCMH Sales Manager shares.
As you consider, if you haven’t yet, driving an electric or a hybrid car for many of its benefits, take time to also think about your work environment. If it’s good for your personal use, then it must be good for the business and your employees.
To start with, take a look at our JungheinrichCAT Lift Trucks, and Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks electric product lines.
