Being a newcomer to material handling, I can say I was never really aware of how expansive this industry is. Most of us drive by warehouses every day, never wondering what goes on inside. But once you take a peek, it becomes very intriguing. You realize that nearly every product that is on a store shelf today has to have come through one of these warehouses at one point, or another, in the supply chain.
